These are my test results from IGeneX. Has anybody had similar results? If so, what kind of treatments are you on? What have you experienced?
Lyme IgM: +18, +31, +34, +39, ++41, +58 and 83-93 is Indeterminate. all other bands were negative.
According to this test, by both IGeneX and CDC standards this is positive for Lyme, because both require only 2 specific bands to be present.
Lyme IgG however, showed, +34, +41, and 31 Indeterminate, all others negative.
IGeneX says positive because I have 2 specific bands, but CDC says this means negative, because they require 5 specific bands to be positive.
Then I had the following: Microti IgM: <1:20 Microti IgG: <1:40 Chaffeensis IgM: <1:20 Chaffeensis IgM: <1:40 Henselae IgM: <1:20 Henselae IgG: 1:80
So it looks like the Henselae IgG is the only Positive reading. Which if I'm reading this right means I'm positive for Bartonella. Is that a high number? What exactly do these titer numbers mean?
These results are all after being on Doxy for about a month and a half. I've since been put on Mepron, Cefdinir and Azithromycin after finally seeing an LLMD.
We talked about possibly IV antibiotics pending test results. I have some a SPECT scan I'm waiting on, in conjunction with these results.

Hi
Ig. Bands 31 and 34 only turn positive after a year. So you've had it al least that long.
Get well! Your results are similar to mine!

Oh interesting I didn't know that about the 31 and 34 bands. Well, it took an entire year to just get to the diagnosis... And that's when I was showing symptoms. My LLMD suspects I've had it for much longer....
