So for the last two years I have pretty much ran cold. I would get chills easy and had trouble warming up.
Then like a light switch, about 3 months ago I started running hot. Not feverish, but just not needing a jacket or blanket on the bed. Fingers and toes used to be cold, but now they are warm.
And now with the summer months and trying to stay a little more active, I notice that I start sweating a lot more easy and it takes me a little while to cool down.
No night sweats.
What would cause the sudden switch in body temp? Hormones in a 40 year old male? My biggest culprit is babesia. And like most of us, I'm pretty sure my adrenals are out of whack.
No major supplement changes that I can think of that would coincide with the sudden change in body temp. I was thinking it was a good sign that maybe my body was getting better, but now I'm not so sure.

I'm warm all of the time, too. No night sweats anymore.
I saw my lyme doc last week and he is testing me for viruses. Hopefully, I will get some answers.

I was going to say Babesia, too (BTW, you don't have to have night sweats with Babs- day sweats can occur instead/in addition to) and/or thyroid. I think you answered your own questions, smartypants otto! :-)

For me I'm thinking adrenals. I've noticed gradual improvement since beginning adrenal meds. I am actually sweating for the first time in many years and thinking I may even need deodorant again.
