I have had luck riding myself of most nuero symptoms, but still have very painful arhtirtis symptoms.
For those of you with arhtirtis issues, which abx did you find helped you most?
thanks

I have done many. It seems to be a gradual thing for me. The longer I do them the better I get.

I don't have arthritis but, Biaxin, in addition to being an abx,. also has anti-inflammatory properties.
This is one of the reasons it is given for lung infections and sinuses - helps with the bacteria and inflammation.
This is per my LLMD.

Amanda, What abx did you take to rid yourself of the neuro issues and how long did it take to see improvement?
Thanks

Some people with RA take doxy as a DMARD (disease modifying agent), puts RA into remission for some folks.

I didn't have arthritis but I did develop joint pain. It was my last symptom to show up and the first to leave. It left when I started Rocephin.

I've been on doxy for 3 months. There has been NO improvement what so ever in the joint department. I wake up most every morning with swollen joints and they are usually painful throughout the day.

I find dramatic help with Lyme arthritis by taking Terry Naturally brand Curamin capsules. I now take 2 caps on an empty stomach 2x/day. ymmv.
Everything gets harder and aches return if i miss doses.
