Been on antibiotics for five weeks now and my bullseye is still red and obvious. What does that mean?

I have an apt. with LYME specialist next week. The spot also itches, even with antibact. cream on it...

And so sick of docycyline!

Be sure that cream does NOT have even a trace of hydrocortisone in it.

You might try a little Tea Tree Oil, topically.

(Boericke &Tafel's brand is non-oily and very easy to use. Boiron's brand of calendula gel is very greasy, thick and much less effective, in my experience. It might be better for diaper rash and such, though. )
