I wrote in another post about becoming very anxious and depressed on flagyl. Has anyone tried Sam-e instead of an antidepressant?

I'm not overly anxious or depressed. I heard it may be beneficial for other reasons, so I tried it. It didn't seem to make much of a difference that I noticed.
