My pharmacist told me that biaxin can react to abilify and cause heart arythmia but the dr. wants me to take it any way.
Anyone have this side affect?
How did it make you feel?
The first day I was on the biaxin I got real dizzy and loopy for most of the morning. I can't imagine an antibiotic doing that. But maybe it's the combo?

Can't comment on the combo, but Biaxin itself can cause anxiety and heart issues as a side effect.

Well, I am on Biaxin and Malarone. Before I started this last combo I was on Zythro and Meptron. And that was a disaster for my heart. Actually, putting the nasty bitter taste in my mouth aside, I feel pretty good on Biaxin and Malarone. And I would say that my heart palpitations improved...
