I started doing Bicillin last week and today I got my third shot. I still don't have herx and I'm afraid it won't help me....I feel nothing. Does it mean that Bicillin don't work for me?

I was on bicillin shots for fourteen months and I never herxed. Bicillin was a great drug for me. Many of my symptoms slowly disappeared.
One week isn't long enough. Give it more time.

Bicillin is usually combined with another abx, often a macrolide such as Biaxin. And it was 3 weeks until I herxed but then it was intense & I had to stop for a week.

I herxed pretty bad on the beginning of my third week of 2x a week bicillin. I'm at the end of the 4th week and my legs are killing me again.
