Zith cleared my brain up a BUNCH in 3mo. Rifampin is getting in there and clearing my son's, but much, much more slowly. At this rate, I'm guessing he'll need at least another year of it, putting the total to 18mo.

Minocycline is what I'm taking to cross BBB. It's suppose to be stronger than Doxy, yet not cause as bad sun rash that doxy gives me.

I was given Minocycline as well. One possible draw back, according to my doc, is that it has an anti-inflammatory quality that can mask other inflammatory neurological conditions (MS, for example).

minocycline, doxy, levaquin, rifampin, flagyl, tindamax, biaxin, ? high dose amox, ceftin, azithromycin (not in CSF but penetrates brain tissue)

My Doc says omnicef too...I could not verify that online anywhere.

Those are the only ones that come to mind, msy be more
