I am on 250 1 time per day and need to move to 2x per day. when did u notice a difference?

I never took it long enough to notice major things. Your dose is very, very low too. That may an issue.

I noticed a difference within days. Malarone has been a wonderful drug for me, but it doesn't work for everyone. Mepron works better for some people. For me, it's Malarone.

I felt a difference on 250, 1 pill a day. But when I recently relapsed, my Lyme doc put me on 6 pills a day. That is working GREAT. My fevers were gone within a week! I started feeling better, too. I love Malarone. I take it with Zithromax.
