Took antibiotics for 10 days, had blood test confirming new antibodies, then took antibiotics again for another 10 days, second blood test close to the same as first.
Doctor now wants me to wait another 30 days and have another blood test.
If third blood test comes out the same then I will need to see an Infectious Disease doctor.
I can't believe that I have to spend another month feeling like this with no meds or anything.
I need help.

You need to find a Lyme doctor. Please watch the movie trailer - www.underourskin.com It explains about why you won't be properly treated by an infectious disease doctor and how your treatment is not adequate.
Blood tests only show exposure. Since you've had one that shows exposure, you know you were exposed, so any future tests would be useless. Lyme is a clinical diagnosis supported by tests. If you're still having symptoms, you still need treatment. The way you are being treated is why so many are so sick for so long.
I'm going to leave this post here because more will come tell you about their experiences that are similar to yours. You should post again in "seeking a doctor" to find a Lyme doc near you.

cjfrank, I am sending info to you about a great Lyme doc in southern ME. Call immediately. He will fit you in and get you on some drugs right away.
Do not go to the infectious disease doc. It would be another great waste of time.
Good luck!

Only 10 Days of "doxy", after a Lyme diagnosis? And then Lyme 'Western blots' run... which showed several IgM bands + (you'd said "blood tests confirming new antibodieS"), after which you were only given another TEN DAYS of abx?? Even the IDSA lists a recommended course of treatment of 14-21 days right off the bat.
It also seems as if your doc is planning to brush you off to an ID duck, as anyone familiar with Lyme disease can tell you W.B. IgM panels don't "go blank" after only 30 days! The Lyme pediatrician, Dr J., in CT says, "IgM converts to IgG in about two months" in his 'UNDERSTANDING LYME WESTERN BLOT'. http://www.nhlyme.org/info/docs/westernblottest,seacoast.pdf (This is a PDF file, not a webpage)
You Need to see a new Doc, cj! Hope the 1 joje's sending you info on works out.

Thank you, everyone. I really appreciate your help. I am getting none elsewhere. I'm ready to tell the doctors to take there scientific bs and stick where the sun don't shine.

- Did you find a LLMD? It does not sound like it.
Have you read from other threads here to get ILADS literature?
Your GP did not offer correct treatment or testing procedures.
If the doctors you are seeing are not helping, why are you seeing them. I hope you did not see an Infectious Disease doctor but, instead, an ILADS-educated Lyme Literate MD.
Have you also been assessed for other tick-borne infections?
I received a name of an LLMD yesterday from my posting here.
I posted back in July and in my fogged state of mind forgot all about it. Yesterday I decided to register and discovered that I already had.
I've reviewed the responses to my posting and will be contacting the LLMD that was mentioned previously.
I also will be going to the health store and getting some colloidal silver which has also been recommended.
Yes, in my stupidity and not having a clue how to handle all of this I did see the Infectious Disease doctor that my regular doctor referred me to.
My regular doctor admitted that she did not have any experience with Lyme and that this other doctor would be able to help.
It was a joke.
He said he saw one band around the new antibodies but wanted to see more and that I did not have Lyme.
Three prior tests confirmed that I did.
I am in the process of learning how to deal with all of this and get confused easily. but I am aware that there is no help available from the resources that I have already communicated with.
I have received more info and help here with my one posing.

Thank you for so much for making me feel welcome.
I have been at such a loss, living in this little strange world I find myself in.
I went to the health food store last evening and I bought myself some colloidal silver which I took last night and again this morning.
I also bought some mangosteen juice which I had seen mentioned in another post.
I cannot believe how clear my eyes are this morning.
I am a little foggy with a slight headache and a little quivery but my eyes are clear.
You people are giving me hope and I cannot thank you enough.

I am very angry right now.
Called my doctor for the 5th time this week. She is very busy and will get to me when she can.
I told the receptionist that I would like to have copies of my blood tests.
I was told that once my doctor has been able to review the latest set of tests done on Aug 10 that she would contact me.
