Yup, since my symptoms came on, I have had many back problems. Sometimes I feel like I lifted 500 pounds! It's as if at any second I could trow my back out and not be able to walk!

I don't wanna get booted off for offering brand/company info, but here's what helped me: I found out I had developed scoliosis, probably from the vertigo and ataxia (or perhaps other CNS misfires) via Lyme. All conventional docs said there was no cure aside from very invasive surgery. I was bed-ridden b/c of my back for 8 months.
Then I got a scoliosis brace. It's totally flexible, not the rigid kind and you can wear it easily under clothing. One week after wearing it, I was up again. I've now had it nearly 1.5 years and still have to wear it often, but I'll take it!
For more info, google Spincore scoliosis brace. I used Scoliosis Specialists. They are based out of Atlanta, but one of the head hanchos actually flew to an in-training chiopractic clinic about 1.5hrs drive from me to fit me with the brace.
