It took 4 weeks for ours to come back to the UK directly from the Netherlands ELN lab.

I was told 3 weeks. Just sent in specimen.

i had my doctors appointment about 3 weeks after i did it and it was done at my appointment but i don't know what date they got it.

you can call them, they have been pretty helpful answering questions for me over the years.
