The last two weeks I feel like I have taken a step backwards. Constantly tired, balance is off and very irretated by the heat. I am on day 45 of my iv treatment with 500 mg of zithromax.

Have you gotten any better? Parts of the day I feel fine, other parts i feel bad. I hear with lymes, it is a good thing to feel bad, that means the anti's are killing off the spiroketes and that is what is making you sick. But how long will this last.
