I tested positive for lyme and babs 2 years ago. Now two years later my LLMD wants to recheck for

bartenolla. He said it is common that it won't show up initially but can over time after treating

other co-infection/lyme. Some of my symptoms seem they may be bart related. It will be interesting to

see. Wondering if anyone tested positive on their retesting.

I did. I originally was negative for bartonella, took Doxy for several months (with a week of Bactrim thrown in) and then retested using the same lab (Sunrise).

Henselae came back definitely positive (stated it was a recent infection even), and quintana came back as a low positive.

tested positive for Lyme only after 4 years of treatment then body started making antibodies [Smile]
