Does anyone know if Babesia has a typical flare cycle? If so, how often?

For me it is 5-7 days but have actually skipped 2 wks in a row with minimal or no Babs symptoms while taking Artemisinin and Bactrim, currently also taking levoquin X4 days, and doxy off and on for 6 of the last 13 months.
