I took one last night and my head is so clear today. My gut is killing me though. I know it is hard on your digestive tract.

Can you give me any long term good results? Can this stuff clear my head permanently?

Mino has been my antibiotic of choice for over 2 years. I am on it most of the time. I think it works great.

I've never made it to 200 mg 2x/day, because of nausea. I can take 100 mg a.m. and 200 mg p.m. Always take it with food, but not dairy if you can avoid it.

Symtoms come and go. It may be too early to tell if your head is permanently cleared. But it is good to know which abx work for you.

mino cleared up the fog and also seems to have gotten rid on 85% of my migraines.

zith got rid of most of my other cognitive issues.

I was told to take mine on an empty stomach. I like it, cleared up my brain fog. So far it's been the best working for me. Although I think the Zith helped more with my neuropathy issues.

I've taken only two mino doses, and will continue. I've noticed nothing so far. I'm supposed to start azithromycine next week and alternate between the two every other day. I looked mino up on wiki and it said it does not kill bacteria, but only prevents growth. I'm not sure what it will do. Make sure to be careful with this antibiotic. It is the cycline family, which means it can burn an ulcer hole in your esophagus. Read the directions from the pharmacy that are not printed on the bottle. You need to take it with 8 oz or water or more and never lay down or bend over for 30 minutes, preferably an hour or more. I would take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning so you are upright and so you will not risk getting a chemical burn.
