I mainly have a lot of deep pain in my calves- sometimes it extends to me upper legs or ankles.

I'm looking for advice on this. I always thought it was magnesium deficiency. At times it seemed to go away when I took more magnesium, but right now it is not budging.

I've also started taking 1200 mg of potassium per day. I'm currently taking over 2000 mg of magnesium and 500 mg calcium per day. All of this was tested by my practitioner by electro-dermal titration- it showed that this was what was needed by my body.

Am I missing something? Is there something else that could be lacking that could cause this pain?

Yes often a red flag for bartonella for me. I would have cramps in my calves and would have to get up and walk around to release the tension.
I have been rifing bart. frequencies currently and getting relief.

hmmm, I'll have to talk with him about Bart. and have him test me for meds/herbs for that.

Are there any other mineral deficiencies that cause muscle pain?
