Does anyone know the "function" of Dr. B's herbal lyme tea recipe? Is it a bug killer? Or detox agent? or just for general support?

This will help me figure out how to time starting it.

Thanks.

Do you have the book ? If so, what page number?

Or - if from a site, do you have a link?

Posts can be helpful, however, it's always good to read from the direct source, too, in case of typos, omissions or some other computer glitch in a post. I hope you have the book as it's best to read everything about each herb first. He provides excellent details that are very important.

It's also good to then look to other sources to round out the research. I love to read PubMed abstracts as, so often, they confirm attributes I've read elsewhere. For instance, here are listings for just one of the herbs Buhner suggests, Smilax (also called Sarsaparilla):

PubMed Search:

Smilax - 138 entries

Sarsaparilla - 438 entries
