So my son and I are now seeing a additional doctor that looked at my son's rash and said he was 95% certain it was NOT Bart and was caused by an overproduction of Cortisol called Pregnenolone Steal.
He said the rash ( this looked exactly like a Bartonella rash to me, it was on both sides of his buttocks and looked like stretch marks ) is common to appear on fatty areas like the stomach or flank area.
Anyway he started him on D-ribose, I-3-C and Zinc and within 3 days it started to fade and now about 3-4 weeks later it is almost gone.
This rash was VERY prominent and is now 95 % gone.
Just wanted to get the info out there with hope that it could help someone else.
You can't imagine the relief that we are not also dealing with Bart along with Lyme, Babesia and Erlichia.

Also wanted to add that this rash had been there for about 5 months.

Hmmm? I have a "bart rash" on my one outer thigh, near the buttocks, which I called a stretch mark, even though at 90-some pounds there was nothing worth stretching.
If it's from cortisol, I should mention I also suffer from EHS, which would explain the elevated cortisol levels in the body. Might want to look into it, especially if he uses his cell phone a lot.
