How sad. I remember when my daughter was four years old. That's when all of her problems started. She had continual thoughts that she was going to get a knife from the kitchen and kill us.

It was very disturbing for all of us including her. How I wish that I had known about lyme back then. She's had it for ten years and we have been treating her all this time for other things.

Wow. Really sad. Just think how many cases are out there like this!

So sorry to hear about your daughter, KGL! I hope she is making good progress now!

Thalamic Damage and Long-term Progression of Disability in Multiple Sclerosis.

This may be one of the reasons some Lyme patients get RSD and others do not. It could very well depend on the amount of damages and may be the combination's that produce the RSD.

These syndromes are getting more and more common, yet rarely diagnosed with what is really causing the infection...

This poor guy will most likely go to jail, die of a stroke or heart attack and never be treated.

Now I know why many of us with Lyme cannot get warm for a long time...It may have a stopover in that region of the brain before it can cross the b/b barrier and why it can cause more of those symptoms.
