EM rash of Lyme is said to last 7 or more days without treatment.

Does anyone know if it can resolve in 24 hrs without treatment?

It can. Doesn't mean anything.

Ya never know what Lyme will do! It could be back tomorrow, next week, or a year from now. Get checked out!

Resolve would not be the word I would choose. It can be Chameleon.

An EM after bite is proof that borrelia is in your body. If the rash disappears, it is only the rash that has disappeared, not the infection.

Within 12 hours of a bite, borrelia can get into the nervous system, with or without a rash.

IF the tick is infected with Powassan, the Powassan virus can be transmitted in less than 15 minutes of tick bite.

I hope you got a photo of the EM. Either way, please get to a Lyme Literate MD (LLMD), one who is ILADS-educated, ASAP.

You are very fortunate to be able to address this early. Usually, the outcome is far better but you will need the skill of a LLMD.
