I'm leaving on a business trip to Europe on Monday for 4 days. This will be my first trip abroad while I'm in treatment (I travel frequently for my job.)
When it comes to jetlag and adjusting to new time zones, I've always followed the "when in Rome" philosophy. Meaning you should get on the local time ASAP to get adjusted as quickly as possible.
But..now that I"m on abx and supplements, I'm wondering if I should take them at the same times per the local time zone (France), or should I take them at the exact same time as I do in the states?
Example: I take my abx at 7 am and 7 PM EST. Should I then take them at 7 am / 7 pm France time? Or, should I take them at 1 PM / 1 AM France time (which is 7 am / 7 pm EST..my normal time.)
Didn't know if it was safe to go for a few hours before taking my next set of abx during travel.
Thanks.

I would just go with what's easiest. I don't think a couple days of mixed up times (one day when you go, and one day when you return) will hurt anything. Jet lag is enough to deal with .....

- Yes, just go with your body's schedule and what's easiest and most practical. Food would really be more of the deciding factor than the clock as some things need food, some don't.
Also, if you need increased ability to handle motion, remember GINGER CAPSULES an hour or two before your flight and as needed along the way.
Melatonin can help prevent jet-lag. There are articles you can find via Google detailing how to do that. I do recall that one would begin days before the flight.
I hope your journey goes well and that you can have time and energy for some personal experiences, too, say with gardens, museums, music or cuisine.

GINGER CAPSULES - to prevent both vertigo and nausea
HOMEPATHICS that help prevent - or manage - vertigo:
* Tabacum 20c (this will stop nausea in its track). Can combine with:
* Cocculus 6 x
- BOIRON is a good brand. And some airport shops have some other brands. Even the AAA travel store has homeopathics. But you'd do best getting all this in advance. -
