So still unable to afford my igenex test right this second, by my GP went ahead and gave my abx anyways as a trial to see if I herx. He gave 100mg of Doxy twice a day. If I decide to take this before my igenex test will it effect the test? Also is this dose even high enough to herx or does it just depend? I'm new to all this and have no idea if I should take this abx or just wait until I can afford the test. Any help with this would be great!!

You could very well herx on that much.. but it's not enough to get well on.
Taking the doxy could increase your chances of a positive test. Most LLMD's like patients to go off the doxy for 2 wks prior to testing.
Take it for one month, then go off for 2 wks, then test.
