Wooziness in my head, usually only while I walk, has been one of my most consistent symptoms for the last 8 months. I've only been on abx for 3 months but I've yet too see any improvement with the wooziness. I suspect it will take a long time and I need to be patient, but I just want to hear if anyone else had this and if it eventually cleared up? The doc said it could be related to the eighth cranial nerve being inflamed. Has anyone else heard this?

This is one of my most hated symptoms. Wooziness/vertigo makes everything worse. It seems to be a Babesia symptom for me. Has gotten better now that I'm back on the right meds.

Keep working with your doctor, keep treating. Lyme and coinfections can affect your nerves.

Dizziness was one of my worsts symptoms. I was diagnosed with labyrinthitis by my ENT before my lyme dx.

It is GONE today after 5 months of treatment (actually was gone after 8 weeks).

That is great to hear!! I actually went to a chiropractor the other day and was telling him about my wooziness. He looked in my ears and said I had a lot of fluid. I'm sure that's not helping :-)

Babesia may be to blame....so be sure to get tested for it. (with a good lab)
