Can this do the same thing as HCL? I think I would rather take ACV than swallow another pill!

It helps prevent yeast - is "good for what ails ya".

Be sure to buy it at the health food store so that you get the kind with the "mother" in it. Braggs is a good brand.

You can put it on your salads with olive oil.

HCL stands for Hydrochloric Acid.

You can also buy Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar at Whole Foods.
