I am so sick of PMS ........ mine is severe. I'm not sure if it is just yeast or a specific bacteria.............or, of course, something else.

May be parasites...? I'm working on this aspect now.

I have been on Nutramedix Mora for the past 6 weeks and have had one period in that time. It was quite different to my normal experience, much less cramping and also much shorter duration. So I shall see how the next one is. I think the Mora is meant to be hitting parasites.

A skilled naturopathic doctor (ND) helped me finally get totally rid of all menstrual pain that had disabled me for a week a month for DECADES.

Liver stress is a major contributor to menstrual pain. The very best liver support matters greatly.

Magnesium, too.

I hope you can find a good ND.

In the meantime, my guess is that magnesium will be your best helper.

Mine was helped greatly by anti malarials and parasite treatment. It's back now. Though, but so are other symptoms so the parasites may not totally have been taken care of.
