Did anyone have pressure headaches as their only symptom? I have that and a feeling of earfullness and disequilibrium to go along with it but no tiredness or anything. I would maybe say brain fog but its really only when I get the tension headaches and the fact that I've been so obsessed about figuring out whats wrong with me. I did test positive (igM 23 and 41 positive) though but am waiting for a 2nd confirmatory test.
If this was your primary symptom, were there co-infections? How were you treated? For how long? And did it help?

I have the similar symptoms since July. Full head, where I feel like popping my ears but they do not
pop ! Brain fog, tension headaches. In addition to that a crawling in my temple and painful temporal joint. Also slurred speech and lethargic.
First Lyme test came back negative. I was treated for Vertigo, given inner ear vitamins, then
second time tested positive IGM & negative IGG. Mine also is 23 & 41 reactive. I have not been tested for co-infections yet.
My primary Md. gave me Doxycycline only 100 mg twice a day. I am seeing a LLMD on Oct 4th and will see.
What is your treatment? If any?

I have been on the doxy around 8 days. I had a good day today. Was closer to being MYSELF, and it was really nice.

Ffluterby- I'd be really curious how your appt goes. How long was the wait? Does your LLMD take insurance?
I have to wait until 11/4 but live in Southern CT so could definitely make a trip to NJ if you would recommend your guy.
Brain fog is only present with the disequilibrium feeling. I hate that feeling more than the headaches. I really feel like the disequilibrium feeling is more from the ear fullness than it is from lyme though.

The pressure headaches and neck stiffness/sore is my main type of herx.
I have babs.... been in and out of treatment since 2000.
zith and mepron first... now just zith.

pressure headaches and necs stiffness/soreness are now my only symptoms and the herx I get. Tested negative for all co-infections but will explore abx for them anyway at my next appt. Once I got 400mg of doxy in me a day for a few weeks the lethargy, nausea and anxiety disappeared and now I am left with the symptoms above occasionally and after my 2nd day of pulsing flagyl. They only last a day so I can deal with it.
