My cousin has an appt. this Thursday and I'm wondering if she'll be helped there.
I know she has Babesia and maybe Bartonella.

There aren't many options in Germany (or Europe for that matter), so I don't think it would be a bad alternative.
But I've heard that the doctors push for using expencive herbs and stuff like that in addition to the conventional therapy (herbs which they sell themselves).

This clinic is affiliated with the Borreliose Centrum Augsburg, which is well known in Germany. But since it is fairly new, I haven't heard a lot about it yet. You need private insurance to cover the expenses, otherwise the labs and treatment will be expensive (measured with German conditions) By the way, Bartonella is very unknown here and even LLMDs consider it not to be relevant as testresults usually fail. So she probably has to push for treatment and be well prepared with arguments.

Yes, they will likely receive appropriate therapy for Chronic Lyme Disease. The reports that I have are positive so far.

They have therapy 5 days a week in the clinic from 8:30am - 4pm. They do immune boosting, detoxing, electro, hydro, massage and who knows what else. Sounds wonderful.
They started her on Zith and Art and said she needs to come back for at least 2 weeks of daily therapy. They told her she'll need at least 8 weeks minimum of treatment.
After the 2 weeks of therapy (she'd stay in a hotel) they could contact her local doctor (if he's interested) and teach him how to continue the protocol from home. Can you imagine that? Amazing concept...
They also said they use Fruchs Immune and since using that, most people have no herx reactions, only feel better and better in treatment.
My cousin said she would go back tomorrow if she could as she is so anxious to start healing, but she doesn't think insurance will cover as her results were basically negative and the treatment is very expensive (ha! if she only knew...) and she has a baby she has to find care for.
Also, she found a nymph deer tick on her baby (toddler) over the weekend and took the tick with her to the appt. yesterday. They told her over 70% of nymphs are infected and they will test the tick to see if the baby needs abx. Also, the dr. had never heard of a red backed deer tick (adult female). Interesting.
They also told her they are hoping that the nobel prize winner (HIV) will find some accurate tests for lyme soon.
I found this all very interesting.

This is "Froximun" which is a product that consists mainly of clinoptilolite.
