Been on rifampin for almost a month. No major herx so far. I herxed on cipro but stopped due to tendon pain.

Could it be that my bart is getting under control?

How high is your dosage? I also didn't notice much of a herx, but did have more joint pain overall. Nothing drastic, more of an exaggerated annoyance.

Hi, my dosage is 600mg a day with 600mg of zith as well.

I didn't notice much joint pain either. I have heard that the herx on this is awful.

I hada major one on cipro.
