Just wondering. I have a few others in addition to floaters, but I was curious what others felt.
Why do lymies have floaters? Yes I know there are other legitimate reasons for them. BUt I also know they are common with lyme.
Has anyone's floaters cleared?

Nope, they're still there. I have no Lyme symptoms at all, but still have floaters.

Thanks six. Did you have them before lyme?

This can be a normal part of aging. You should be able to google it and find out some information.

Bcb, I had lyme since I was about 10, so there's no way to know if they were caused by lyme or not. I got bitten again and was no longer able to manage my symptoms in natural ways, but I had Lyme before that.

the floaters are caused by lyme... but getting rid of lyme won'y neccesarily get rid of the floaters for everyone
I hear some people say they do go but others they do not go..
I would not consider having floaters to mean you still have an active infection

I got a ton of floaters overnight last year and still have them... they seem to be changing a bit with treatment so I am hoping they will go... but would not use this as an indicator of the lyme activity

My eyes have been considerably better since I started drinking mangosteen juice every day.
I don't actually know that the juice is what has been helping.
I am not on any meds, except for a prescription of Vitamin D and have been trying to help myself in various ways.
Every day I drink a little of the mangosteen juice and take a teaspoon of colloidal silver.
I am able to do my job which is spending all day on the computer and I am able to read in the evening where I couldn't before.

I also got my floaters almost overnight when I first got sick. Interestingly, mine are only in my right eye. Sometimes I notice that they're worse than other times, but always there.
If I could get totally symptom-free except for the floaters, I'd take that in a heart beat!

I've read that floaters may never go away, regardless of the cause.
