I do check in every now and then and read, just haven't been able to respond or post due to extreme pain and exhaustion.

Does anyone else ever feel like this? where you just can't do 1 more thing, like check your emails, take 1 more step, 1 more bite (because it is tiring to chew), open your mail, or even answer the phone, cause you just don't have the energy to even talk.

I have absolutely NO energy, my pain is unrelenting non-stop and my fatigue is unbelievable anymore. I am on 20 mg. of ritalin for energy, and I could lay right back down, because it does nothing for me.

I am using a walker to walk, because my legs are just too tired and achey to move.

I just started treatment with a new llmd 1 month ago and haven't noticed any difference yet, but I know it may take a long time also.

Anybody have ANY ideas for energy? Would be greatly appreciated.

Well, did you just get worse since the new treatment started? Wondering if you are in herx territory.

If not, hoping you will find that it does help. Yes, just the daily things take energy to accomplish, much less anything else on top of those things.

Best wishes to you.

Coconut Oil is almost pure energy in the form of saturated fats. It also has monolaurin which has antifungal and antiviral properties.

It may help the energy problem.

A diet free of gluten, dairy, corn and soy helps many with a little energy but also helps with your body's comfort level.

Be sure your adrenal support and your liver support methods are all in place. Be sure to take naps or rest sessions as you need them.

If you are taking any Rx sedatives at night (as they can spill over to the day - and some are hard on the liver so can cause fatigue in that way.)

And - you may just have to wait a while. Your body cannot be pushed or it will be detrimental.

Do you want adrenal support &/or liver support links?

How is your B12 level? Maybe get some IM shots.

They are my lifeline to any energy level.

lou - this has been ongoing for 4 years now,so i know it is not from starting new treatment. Thanks for the well wishes.

Keebler - yes please, I would appreciate adrenal support links

I do take sublingual B12 daily, I was doing shots for a while (months ago) but maybe should have levels checked again.

Yes, I had this type of fatigue a while back. While stirring, I had to rest my fingers every time around the bowl as they were too tired to keep going.

Is that what you mean? Like something is sucking the energy right out of you? This resolved for me with Bartonella treatment.

It was replaced with throbbing fatigue. As if I had a flu, throbbing all over, upon waking, etc. This has resolved with Babesia treatment.

Focus on detox. Coffee enemas were the only thing that really helped me with that crushing fatigue. I did them daily.

17hens - yes exactly.

six - need help with detox. what, how, how much, how often? I know what an enema is, where to put it, how to do it, - just don't know the rest. Thanks

Yes I have felt too tired to stand and didn't get out of bed much. Starting treatment did that to me but after two months I was much better although I still have bouts of extreme fatigue. Then my mind was the problem.

Acetyl L carnitine is very good for stamina. It helps convert fat to muscle to give you more strength and is also very good for your memory. I take 1000mg along with 600mg Alpha Lipoic Acid.

I agree you need to consider co-infections that might be causing your symptoms. Not everyone infected presents with classic symptoms.
If you have babesia you are being robbed of oxygen so of course you would be exhausted.
