I am having a biopsy on my uterus next week to rule out uterine cancer. Ultrasound showed enlarged uterus and thickened lining; cyst on one ovary that appears "normal".
I'm potentially dealing with a Lyme and Cancer diagnosis. I've read the specificity of the bands but am wondering if anyone actually had cancer instead of Lyme with results that look similar?
Thoughts and perspectives are appreciated.

highly doubtful...I have heard of a correlation between lyme and endometrious

Doesn't look like anyone has ....
You have some Lyme specific bands, meaning Lyme causes them and not something else.
Good luck with your cancer tests, I hope it's *just* lyme!

Lyme is associated with a certain kind of lymphoma. Bartonella sometimes produces masses that are mistaken for cancer. But this may not speak to your situation.

Thank you all for replying. My son has battled Lyme for a year now. I wasn't surprised to see the positive results from Igenex.
With so many issues going on, it is hard to discern whether they are Lyme or something else. I guess the biopsy will reveal what we need to know and we'll go from there.
I'm continuing on my Lyme/Babesia treatment but my LLMD agreed that we would need to wait for the biopsy before changing any protocols.
We shall see...thanks again.

Let's pray the possibility of cancer is ruled out!!
Lyme can make us more susceptible to getting cancer .. at least in my opinion.
Lyme also causes LOTS of female problems, whether it be the uterus or endometriosis or the ovaries.
Band 83-93 is the DNA of the Bb spirochete.

I am not so sure that Borrelia lesions can't mimic cancers...
That being said it is better to know for sure.
I also believe that those lesions that are not frank cancers can be eliminated.
