I am also freezing cold, especially hands and feet. I do have low thyroid. I also have thick blood (forget the medical name for that. Bartonella tends to make people cold in the extremities.

Last year when my bart was dominate I was freezing all the time. I just could not get my hands, feet and nose warm. I usually stayed under an electric blanket with the heat turned to 75.
This year I am HOT! I have frequent hot flashes and some sweating. Maybe babesia. . .

Look up Hypothryoid.

Good grief, I learn something new everyday. No wonder I'm so all-over-the-place, with babesia making me hot and bartonella making me cold! I didn't know that. I can be sitting in an IR sauna at 125 degrees, and still have cold hands. Thyroid is good, so it must be the bugs. Anyone know of things, other than sitting by a heater when cold, and by an open window when hot, that might help?

My thyroid is also good..when I last tested it. I also have no other symptoms.

I get cold hands and feet also. Or sometimes it's just my left hand or my left foot. Or sometimes just a pinky. All so weird. 15 years ago this stuff use to freak me out. Now I just roll with it, bazaar as it is.
I'm thinking it's Bart related. My doc has me taking lumbrokinaise. Suppose to help with circulation and biofilms.

My thyroid tests are good too. With lyme they will always 'look' ok on paper.
A good llmd will know the connection with the thryoid and lyme.
Take your temps every morning before you get out of bed. Record them.
Are you always low?
I've been on Armour and feeling way better. The cold hands/feet and the fatique has gotten better since I've taken it.
And getting your thyroid working better helps the white blood cells fight the way they should.
It all goes hand in hand.

Raynaud's is my problem. Maybe yours too. Fairly common in late stage lyme.
