I was wondering where people get their supplements for Lyme. Can you buy the probiotics, vitamins, magnesium all from one source? What are the best supplements to take?

IMO
The most cruical support supplements you take whilst on treatment are
PROBIOTICS-first and foremost especially if you are antibiotics! You should make sure you get a good one that has live strains not live at bottling but live when you consume them they try and trick you some companies so beware. 3
My doc recommends Culturelle, but I also buy renewlife Ultimate Flora Crical Care when I can afford it. Its a bit pricey but worth it.
EFA- Good Essential Fatty Acids!!
CoQ10- I dont really know why but I've always been told to take it from the beginging and even when I was off treatment for awhile I still take this
Multivitamin- a good quality multi to keep all your vitamins in check
Magnesium- as you mentioned above- I take Magnesium Taurate 2x a day but I would talk to your doc about dosage.
I also take Olive Leaf Extract to Combat yeast when on antis and Milk thistle for Liver protection.
I buy all mine either online at one place or at my local vitamin shop.
Be sure to discuss with your doctor anything you add, I am certainly not a doctor and these are what is tailored for me so make sure you can take them.

I am interested in trying Olive Leaf Extract; is yours a liquid?
Also, just to note, CoQ 10 should not be taken if on Mepron b/c it lowers Mepron's efficacy.
