Greetings All-- I apologize for asking if this has been answered 1000 different ways--
Quest Diagnostics Western Blot 23KD IGM reactive and 41KD IGG reactive. All other bands nonreactive.
From what I've been reading, the 23 Band is very Lyme specific and is a good indicator.
Only medical explanation I've been given for my fatigue and general weakness is low Vitamin D.
I had a coronal head CT because I thought I had sinus issues from the pressure, tingling, and fogginess I was feeling in my head. (ENT was nice enough to order it even though he saw nothing wrong with my sinuses with the endoscope and no sign of infection otherwise).
Head CT showed swelling of the membranes in my sinuses and a small maxillary cyst but was neg for any active sinus infection.
Anyway, question is, should I be headed to a LLMD based on the reactive 23kd? No tick bite or bulls eye that I noticed....
Thanks for reading

Hi Kayger12,
Yes, if it were me, I would get to an LLMD. Band 23 is highly specific for lyme and many LLMD's believe that only one specific + band is enough to confirm lyme exposure. Your symptoms correlate with this as well.
Good for you for being proactive on this!

Thanks for the help. I just got my PM with LLMDs in my area.
This site allowed me to tackle a whole lot in one day. Much appreciated.
