Hi all,

I currently am having a lot of insomnia. What happens is that when I lay down to sleep at night, I notice that it feels like my throat is very dry and there's something stuck in it. Over time, my throat feels very irritated. I sometimes feel this during the day as well. I assume this is something I'm breathing in, like seasonal mold or dust?

The weird thing is, when I lay down, my heart starts racing and I can't get my body to relax. This also happened last fall, so I assume it's related to seasonal allgeries.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find anything that helped? Does it make any sense? Any other ideas what's going on?

Thank you!
Blackbird

P.S. I think it might be related to autoimmune issues from Lyme - heightened sensitivities. I'm wondering if others have found this.
