K, so I took a month and a half of : doxy, then ceftin, then zith, then flagyl. No real differences. All antibiotics taken individually, one after the other in about month and a half increments. just to see if/how they work for my symptoms. Zith and ceftin might have done some good. Just went to LLMD, and he authorized that I could take Zith and Ceftin togeather, the same time, like I had wanted to do. NOW. I want to take my mag supplements the same time I take my antibiotics whitch would be zith in the morning with ceftin, then ceftin at night. I want to take the mag in the morning and night with the antibiotics.

I read mag has interactions with antibiotics, but only CERTAIN ones, not zith or ceftin. Is this so? Thats what I need to know.

Thanks, .. [Smile]

is there any way you could space it apart a little bit

- i haven't found mag to be harsh on my stomach, so you could maybe take with a small snack

- taking all your mag in one shot is a waste, you should split the pills and take it over the course of the day

- i may be wrong but i think the main interaction that mag has with meds is that it blocks or competes with them for absorption, you don't want that!
