It seems some LLMDs pulse art and some prescribe it daily.
Art kills parasites for me. Although I started Albenza 10 days ago, each time I pulse Art, I pass more parasites. I think it works better than Albenza.

My doc has me on 2 weeks - off 2 weeks. I think what he said was it builds up a coating inside the stomach if on it for long periods of time.
I can't remember the reason I am on it. Is that what it is for, parasites?

I take it myself, not prescribed. I take 400mg twice a day every day. I only take a break when I don't take the supplements one day or run out. I have no idea if it works. Probably not as my babs symptoms are getting stronger but I see a LLMD on the 22nd.

It has to be taken with grapefruit juice, otherwise a resistance develops.
If grapefruit juice is not tolerated (my case) it's to be taken every day for three weeks and stopped for one week. Repeating the cycle

My LLMD has me on 4 days on (400 mg, 2x/day w/grapefruit juice), and 3 days off.

no matter what dose you take no longer than 21 days without a break otherwise it becomes less affective I got this from bhunners book !
