I need something to replace good bacteria after scrubbing with peroxide.

I currently use VSL#3 DS powder as my regular probiotic. Is this also sufficient for tongue? I certainly have enough of it, since each packet contains 900 billion cells and LLMD prescribed 4 packets per day to help with cost.

Just a note,

I had problems with thrush on the tongue before I even started my treatment. It was white thrush that wouldn't go away. I'm not exactly what you're referring to with the tongue.

I thought I'd mention anyway, one of the first supplements I chose was Olive Leaf Extract. It's a powerful natural antifungal among other benefits, and I'm very sure this got rid of my thrush within a couple months of using it.

I worked up from 20 drops diluted in a glass of water twice a day to 80 drops twice a day.

What kind of insurance pays for 3.6 TRILLION units a day of probiotics. OMG! [Smile]

Wolfed out, I take one tablespoon of Olive Leaf extract straight. I don't know if you need to dilute it like you do Grapefruit seed extract.
