I was just put on monodox and flagyl together. Is anyone else on this? Do you have any head pain, etc.?

Thanks.

Is there another name for monodox?? Is it a form of doxy??

I just Googled it and it came up as a brand name of doxycycline - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000563

You might get more responses if you changed the post to "doxycycline" instead of "Monodox".

OH Ok.. thanks. I had never heard of it.

I'm pretty sure there have been many posts about doxy and flagyl. I THINK they are OK to take together.

debra.. look for the little word "search" in the upper middle of the page. Click on it and do a search on doxy and flagyl. See what you come up with!

"Monodox 100 mg, 75 mg, and 50 mg capsules contain doxycycline monohydrate equivalent to 100 mg, 75 mg, or 50 mg of doxycycline for oral administration." -- from http://www.rxlist.com/monodox-drug.htm
