Hi I know FIR sauna is good for lyme, but how is it with babesia? Does the heat help or is it dangerous as bebesia causes blood thickening? My oother question is do you know what vitamins and supplements helps when you have babesia? Thanks a lot.

my doc recommended me go to the sauna... hes retreating my babs right now... said sauna and salt baths

I have babs and I also go in the sauna. I don't know what supplements help babs but I know what is bad for it.....iron, my LLMD told me it feeds it.
