I feel worse than I have in a long long time. I am so weak it is hard to do anything. I was just officially tested and diagnosed and within days I am a mess. I get mepron in a couple of days and I feel a little worried about how it will affect me.
My CD57 is 54 so the lyme is still strong but I don't feel it. I also tested positive for erlichia. I was diagnosed by another LLMD with bart but this doctor does not believe I have it. I do but those symptoms have given way to the babesia.
Do other people experience this merry go round of infections? How do you deal with it?

I'm feeling a little defeated by the round and round of infections. Ready to Be HEALTHY NOW! Doctor says it's like peeling back the layers of an onion. Doesn't make it any less frustrating!

Another way to look at it is that you finally have positive test results so now you can target your treatment better.
Hubby is doing much better on IV's for lyme, but we are both convinced that either bart or babs is trying to come out and play. Now to convince the docs of that and change course treatment wise.
Hang in there. Hubby has always had big improvements symptom wise after babesia treatment -- but knocking it out for good hasn't happened yet. And some of his herxes during treatment ended up in ER visits -- but the same has happened with lyme and bart treatments as well.

If you have babesia the only way out of this mess is to treat it. Have you ever treated it before?
You may feel sooo much better once you get that under conrol.

I am ready to get this started. I will probably feel terrible so I have put my Christmas tree up and plan to lay on the couch enjoying the lights for the next month.
It helps to feel optimistic instead of apprehensive.
Just worries me it will never end and i will run out of tolerance for the drugs.
