Morning,
been dealing with numbness/tingling on my left side. I wake up and its hard to shake it off. Went to the chiro who said it's a pinched nerve and this will cause the tingling etc

How do I know if it's more the lyme causing this?
I'm not usually a person that freaks out, but this, is a little unnerving.

Suggestions?? [Frown]

I dont know how you tell what the cause is. I know for myself that numbness and tingling were my original lyme symptoms and sometimes when I take flagyl for a long period of time it worsens. For me it is lyme induced.

These are my biggest symptoms really dragging me down, also mainly on the left side. But especially the feet!! and hands.

The more I'm reading/learning, I think it has to do with metal toxicity. And of course Lyme and cos having a field day.

I am sending my urine sample for KPU today. I think this is going to be pivotal for me. When you can, watch Dr. K video on KPU. It all just clicks with me. Check into it when you are able.

Here is an article on it: http://www.orthomolecular.org/library/jom/1983/pdf/1983-v12n01-p002.pdf)

And the video: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:uablF1y5HXcJ:planetthrive.com/2010/04/hpukpu-protocol-for-lyme-and-autism/+kpu+klinghardt&cd=7&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

I am also sending my saliva sample today to AI in Germany, to help deal with disregulations on the cellular level.

Hope you feel better,
Tammy

This is the KPU article I meant to post (not the one above). This one is excellent. The other one I haven't read yet.

thanks everyone so much. I appreciate all your input.

For me, it's the left side of my body as well. Don't know why it just is.

I've had weird numby, tingly on my right side since my 20's. I am 50 now. Comes and goes. mostly just in my face now. Occasionally I wake up and both hands are numb for a few minutes. Have no idea what this is, but probably lyme & co. I've always figured it was from the inflammation in my neck.

What does one do for a pinched nerve? I don't know anything about back issues.

apljack - have you ever considered looking for a biological dentist? I've heard a lot of stories of numb/tingling, etc. being related to dental issues (and mercury) interfering with acupuncture points related to the teeth. It can affect any part of the body.

Thought I'd mention this as this too is on my list of things to explore. I've heard of some amazing recoveries.

Take care,
Tammy

Tammy--I think if I start looking into replacing all my root canals and caps, I'll lose my mind and my wallet. I've had all the mercury taken out over the years. I did have braces last year and now wear a retainer at night.

I'm so close to being well now that a few nummys don't even bother me.

Does anybody ever experience a tingling and crawling feeling in their head with a hot rush in the neck?

I'm not too sure if its a problem from my Babesia or Lyme or both....
It seems to come and go.

I got three MRIs and everything showed up fine so I'm puzzled!

I had an odd sensation that something was crawling in my ear. happened every day for a few months. would get the "crawlies" all over actually. But the most pronounced was in my ear. That sensation has given over to incessant itchiness.

Ever feel like itching your brain? That's how my boy describes the feeling. It's gotta be Babesia (parasites).

Anyone experience numbness in both feet and hands and feel like legs are not attached?

Daughter had some numbness and tingling early on, but improved with treatment.

Now it is worse. I noticed it more on Biaxin. Now she is temporarily off treatment.

Talked to her LLMD about this at last appt, but he did not comment. He did mention something about the neuro-psychiatric.

I am very worried. She does have a appt. with a Pediatric Cardiologist very soon.

Janice I hope you are feeling better?
