I know it's winter time here in MD, but this doesn't seem to be connected.

First thing I noticed was the throbbing around my temple. I could feel my pulse on the vein bulging from my forehead.

Then, the past couple days I noticed my feet get colder when I'm laying down on the couch, or sitting. The house temp is 74+.

Then, most concerning, I start feeling the random pains again, and everytime I look it's centered around a vein. A dull pain under the wrist, behind the knee, the top of the foot, the armpit, chest...

I notice my veins are narrow on my arm, by up to 50%. The ache just feels like blood isn't getting around.

I feel a bit lightheaded, and disoriented. But, maybe a 2 or 3 on a scale of 10.

It's not a typical pain I experience anymore, but I remember having it at the beginning of the year. It's scary, because nothing has changed from my antibiotic protocol.

I added Nystain a couple weeks back, and was taking Adaptocrine K2, but decided to take a break from that to see if that was the issue. This still seems to be getting worse.

Everytime I asked a doctor, they don't seem to be concerned.

???

could it be from nerve inflammation instead of vein? The inflammed nerve could also block circulation...

I really don't think it's any coincidence my veins looks like they're 75% the size of their normal width. I don't how else to explain that, but they look TINY.

After doing a little research it seems like it could be some kind of vasoconstriction. But, I dont know how to help that :[

Also, is it any coincidence that Plaquenil made my veins like 400% bigger than they normally are? They're definitely something going on with my vascular system. I dont know how to approach this.

And, I have a sharp stabbing headache all around the front and front-sides of my temple. That's never happened.

Dear wolfed out:

I have the exact same syptoms. The pains are at the veins and eventually so bad I get bruising. Most doctors don't even think of this. The best explanation I have is a reynauds phenomenon. It is maybe a sub clinical or a typical presentation. I got some relief with Gaba. I use rechts regulat. I have been told it is the nerves around the blood vessels. Keep your feet warm helps. I am now looking into filarial worms/parasites that may affect the vascular system also fungus. Plaquenil is used for autoimmune disorders, so the reynauds phenomenon may be what it is? May be a direction for you.
