and then begin to feel a bit better once they get up? Sometimes I wake up and wonder if I'll be able to make it out of bed because I feel so deathly ill, and then I get up and start to feel less sick. Anyone have this and know why?
Thanks!

I have this. I have had it now for almost 10 years. It's when I feel my very worst. Surprisingly, as the day goes on I do feel much better.

It's almost as though when your body is at rest the inflammation, nausea and general ill feeling really takes hold. If anybody has an explanation I would love to hear it.

Yes, this happens to me too. I always feel better a few hours after getting up.

My depersonalization is worse in the morning when I wake up. After foot bath yesterday am with sea salt, joint pain was insane.

My husband has often experienced his worst toxicity in the morning. What you're all describing says "Detox!" to me--detox before bed, and then binders in the morning to "mop up."

There are many variations...lots of good info on detox on this site.

Just one combo that worked for my husband for a while: chlorella before bed, and 1 tsp of Argiletz clay dissolved in water on arising. There are lots of options, and you may need to switch things up.

Remember if you take binders, make sure they're not stopping you up--you need to eliminate the toxins in every way. Magnesium helps.

Detoxification happens during the night starting at ll pm toward 3 am. Suggest as Viva said - take binders before going to bed. Alternate them.
Alternate all the time. Take binders 1/2 hour before meals. You have dead proteins and toxic metals on the loose that have not yet been able to leave the body. So you need to help that by doing lots of binders. If you kill and take detoxing agents, you must help them to get out, through the body.

If binders constipate you, add tea or anti-constipation meds in order to avoid being constipated. If constipated and if you do not take binders, the toxins are reabsorbed and get back into the bloodstream - a merry-go-round that you need to avoid. Binding agents usually have lots of fiber and that tends to constipate. So you will need to counteract that before you go to bed.

Chitosan
Charcoal
Betasitosterol
Chlorella
Pectin

Make yourself a list and take any of these several times a day - half hour before meals and before going to bed. Chlorella is the best because it has so many beneficial nutrients that you do not have in any of the others. My favorite after Chlorella is Lipo-Chitosan from Swanson.

Take care.
