I have been on Mepron and Zith for 6 weeks and see improvement but strangely the bottom of my feet and lower legs are hurting especially in the morning. Is it common for Bart symptoms to come out while treating other things? I have tested neg for Bart. Just wondering if others have had symptoms of coinfections come out while treating for other things.

Yes!!!
When I treated lyme, bart/BLO came out. Treating bart, babesia emerged.
My symptoms completely change going from one infection to another. I test positive now for lyme, babesia and ehrichlia.
Presently I am on merpon and zithro - wonder what will take the foreground next.

No question about it. My Bart symptoms showed up while treating Babesia.
