I found this at a local upscale grocery place. It's called Yogurt Chees, made by Applegate.
Wondering if this is safe to eat while on antibiotics? Says it has active probiotic cultures. Ingredients are Pasturized skim milk, salt, and yogurt cultures.
After a while on the yeast free/sugar free diet it tastes pretty darn good. Thoughts?

I don't know. How many carbs are in a serving? Might be OK in moderation and IF you aren't suffering from a bad case of yeast right now.

Label says total carbs <1g 0% Protein 5g Total fat 6g That's in one slice.

Give it a whirl.. but keep in mind that all cheese is low in carbs...
I think the key is the cultures. If it has BENEFICIAL probiotics, I don't see how it could be bad...??
all other cultured cheese could ADD to the yeast problem
