I am wanting to restart Coffee Enemas and need some advice, I am a really poor detoxer and last time I did one I think I used too much coffee and I was so ill......
Can anyone advice the quantity off coffee to use as a starting point, remembering I knw I am really toxic
I also want to take a binder preferably Activated Charcoal when doing the enema, to stop reabsorbtion of bile. At what ppoint do I use the A/C is it before I start or right after I have finished the Coffee Enema
Thanks

I talked with a girl that spoke of wheat grass as a drink & enema, she said to google an author of this is ann wigmore. I ordered a organic powder, then will start with a growing pack , the kittys will love it to. I have never done enemas, so this is new to me too. However I had ondamed done & my issuses was colon/lung, so I am sure I am holding toxins in the colon.

Thanks I will read up on this
In addition To Coffee Emema's Colonics are Great - Perhaps as you have Colon issues you should look in to these

I don't know about the binder coupled with a coffee enema but I tried several coffee enema's and they made me really sick. I am a poor detoxifier. I needed something for small bowel detox after my enemas just to get rid of the toxins that I didn't seem to be able to get out of my body. I used a product by Nature's Sunshine called Small Intestine detox. They also have a bowel detox product.

Start slowly if you do coffee enemas, ie only use one tbsp of coffee the first time to test to see if you tolerate them. Some people who have severe problems detoxing don't tolerate them well.
Terry I'm not a doctor

Thanks TerryK I too am a very poor detoxer so will need something hence why I thought about the Binder.
Can you advise how you used the Nature's Sunshine 'Small Intestine detox' and did you take it daily or after the Enema (what does the product do to enable you to tollerate the coffee emnema, is it a binder??) - Also did you start off with smaller amounts of coffee
I am really confused here as I thought that a coffee enema stimulated bile and when you released the coffee it also released the toxins in the bile?
So if we are poor detoxifyers why would it make ius feel sicker as I thought we were releasing the toxins
Apologies for sounding 'Dim' but your input would be so helpful
Thanks

Have you thought about maybe using less coffee? You can add maybe half the amount of coffee and see how you do-- you can adjust to your own level. Also Calcium Beyonite Clay is great. Check out this: livingclay.com

Hi Whitney Yes I have used Bentonite but I do well with Activated charcoal as I think it works so quickly - was just looking for guidance on when to take it when doing a CE. If I restart them I will just start very slowly but again hopefully someone can give me some guidance on how much to start with

Just a sugg for those not wanted to do enemas (I didn't feel so hot after I tried a couple, too, but do OK with the following): Xeneplex suppositories. You can only get them online as far as I know. They're definitely on the pricier side; 10 run ~$89. They contain organic coffee extract, glutathione, and a little bit of EDTA.
I've used them for a couple of years now.

Some people who are poor detoxers can't do coffee enemas. I don't know all the reasons for this ...... but some can't do them.
