on tylenol daily, new drops have me physically herxing bad, the mental goes without saying. Knives in joints fingers, toes, ribs feel fluish, but the back pain is endless. My doc says is from the drops fighting whatever I have. Any take?

I have never seen a bart symptom list that says lower back pain as an indication of bart.
At the same time there is a good chance it is related to Lyme or coinfections since it is occuring at the same time as all your other problems are happening.

I have constant lower back pain mainly on my right side (sacroiliac joint).
