Does anyone have this problem without any hardness when doctors check? It keeps getting worse but nobody really seems to know what it is. It is this pain or tightness below my left rib. Weird! Thanks.

YES!!! I would have it so badly it was like my dad's pain when he would have gallstones. My lower left rib is also broken away from where it's supposed to be attached (confirmed by a chiropractor/MD), so there must have been some enlargement.
I think it's the spleen. I used the Pekana detox drops that they recommend for spleen cleansing and it worked well.

I get the same thing, and no one can ever find anything. Sometimes it comes with air hunger, and on really bad days, I also get weakness on my whole left side, like I'm having a stroke or pulmonary embolism or something. It's really scary.

i think it's caused by babesia, are you treating for it? Babesia can alos cause the spleen enlargement.

Thanks everyone! That makes a lot of sense. I'm sorry to hear you guys have similar things, but I'm glad I'm not alone. I'm really early in treatment. My LLNP thinks I have Babesia but my tests haven't come back yet. ^^;;;

Mine seems to be caused by Bart. When I started A-Bart my liver and spleen area really hurt. When I increase my dose it happens again plus my feet really hurt badly. My doc said it was Bart.

I'm sorry to hear you guys have similar things, but I'm glad I'm not alone. I'm really early in treatment. My LLNP thinks I have Babesia but my tests haven't come back yet. ^^;;;
